We have been to many airbnbs through the years. We have gotten pretty close to what we were looking for, but sometimes things just felt a little off, or the locations were missing something that we couldn't put a finger on. When we stayed at Fernwood Hills, we finally felt like we found a place that had exactly what we needed to relax and find peace. The location is absolutely beautiful. We took some fantastic pictures, some we shared and some we hold close. After a crazy year filled with stress, and family illness, this place took a load off our shoulders that nowhere else could.

A Perfect Forest Getaway
Our stay at Fernwood Hills was exactly what we needed — peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by nature. The cabin was beautifully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows that offered stunning views of the forest, making it feel like we were completely immersed in the woods.
The bed was incredibly comfortable and the entire property was absolutely beautiful — clearly well cared for and thoughtfully designed.
We also appreciated the small, thoughtful touches: chilled wine glasses waiting in the fridge, everything we needed for a cozy fire, and a warm welcome note that made us feel right at home.
To top it all off, fresh cinnamon buns delivered in the morning rounded out a perfect night away.
We highly recommend Fernwood Hills to anyone looking for a quiet, rejuvenating escape — and we’ll definitely be back

Friendly host. Great place to relax outside busy city life and enjoy nature. A must stay in the Fall. Tranquil, elegant and a beautiful place to wind down. If you’re lucky you might get to enjoy the most delicious homemade Cinnabons ever in the morning …. Sooooo yummy! Thank you

My friend and I had an excellent stay at the Studio Loft where we celebrated her retirement. Celia and her husband were so attentive and hospitable from building us a campfire to bringing us home made cinnamon buns to preparing the timber pavilion for us to dance to checking in on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. They were the best hosts. Being surrounding in such tranquil nature was soothing and nurturing. Grateful we chose this space for her celebration.

Thank you to the hosts! I had a great day quietly studying and reading while getting the opportunity to chat with the owners who were fantastics hosts. They shared the history of the property with me and I was amazed to hear how many people have been blessed by their hospitality and care. Absolutely would return when I need another quiet day like this, its the perfect location for that. I enjoyed a walk during the day and saw a great horned owl, a fire in the evening and had a very comfortable sleep. Top marks!

A Magical Stay in the Woods!
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was perfect—peaceful, secluded, and surrounded by nature. One of our favorite parts was watching the animals wander through the forest clearing right outside. It felt like our own private wildlife show!
And the cinnamon buns waiting for us when we arrived? Incredible! Such a thoughtful and delicious welcome treat that made us feel instantly at home.
Everything about this place was cozy, relaxing, and just what we needed. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene getaway with a touch of magic!

We had a wonderful stay at Fernwood Hills! The place was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. The hosts were warm, responsive, and checked in to make sure we were comfortable, which we really appreciated. The fire pit and surrounding scenery made our time here extra special.
